Will there be an email confirmation of delivery?

Many of our delivery services have real-time delivery confirmations in place which means you will receive confirmation of delivery as soon as it is delivered.

Some delivery services update their system when the driver returns which means you will receive confirmation after the driver returns from his trip.

In some distant areas, our delivery services do not yet have the ability to confirm delivery. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation via email by the day after delivery, please let us know. We can reach out to our delivery service to confirm.

If for any reason you are concerned that something did not arrive as scheduled, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

If your item is shipped through Fedex, UPS or USPS, you will receive a tracking number after your order ships.
