What happens if I place an order after the cut-off for same day delivery?

We make every effort to have your order delivered on the requested day. If the order is placed after the same day cut-off(12:30 in the recipient’s time zone), we will have your order set up for delivery the next available day.

During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee same day delivery outside our local area once we hit the cut-off for guaranteed holiday delivery. We recommend placing your holiday orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
