I would like to cancel my order.

If an order has not been filled and sent out, we can cancel with no questions asked and refund in full. On balloon orders, if the balloons are already blown up, we must charge a fee to cover the helium cost and balloon cost since they cannot be re-used.


If a product has already been delivered and you would like to cancel, the delivery service may return to the location to retrieve the package and only approve the refund once the product has been retrieved. If you would prefer the package to remain with the recipient, we can discuss a partial discount to address the issue.


On orders that were shipped via Fedex/UPS or USPS, we cannot cancel/refund after the package ships as shipping charges have already been applied.
