Can I make a change or cancel my order that has already shipped?

Unfortunately, once an item is shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS, we cannot guarantee changes. We will contact the shipping service and make every effort to make the change but since they do not guarantee changes, we cannot. Additional charges may apply for any change request.


Cancellation requests after an item is shipped cannot be honored since shipping fees are already charged and there is a charge to send it back. If a package is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date/time, we can file a cliam to refund the charges. Please note that UPS Ground shipments do not guarantee arrival dates. Therefore shipping charges cannot be refunded if the package arrives early or late for UPS Ground service. If the product is perishable(fresh flowers/plants), we will apply a discount off the product since it cannot be re-used. If the product is not perishable, we will refund the full product price once it is returned back to us. We do not provide return labels in this scenario.
