The item delivered does not look like what I ordered.

Accepted Answer

Substitutions can occur to ensure timely delivery. In all scenarios, the delivered item should still be similar and be filled to the value spent. If you are not happy with what was delivered, please reach out with a picture of what was delivered so we can look into it further and provide resolution like a replacement.

Question 2

When will you have figs back in stock that are currently marked out of stock?

Accepted Answer

With hundreds of fig mother trees in inventory, we often update inventory throughout the year. We have a great feature in place on our fig product pages that allows you to be notified via email when that specific variety is back in stock. Simply click the button that says "Notify me when back in stock." The moment we add more to the inventory, you will receive an email with a link to purchase.

Question 3

When can I come pick up my UPS package?

As a UPS access point, we receive packages from UPS drivers at different times throughout the day. It is common for a package to not be here since their drivers will either retrieve packages earlier than expected or they will not drop them off until a day or two after we would expect them to. We unfortunately have no control over this and can only refer you to call UPS. If you call us, we will be happy to check to see if your package is here. If it is not, calling UPS would be the best way to find out exactly where your package is.

What time will my order be delivered?

There are several delivery trips that go out throughout the day. Depending upon when the order is placed and the product request, we will send it out on the earliest possible delivery trip on your requested delivery date. Drivers may only be in certain towns at certain times of the day so timed delivery requests cannot be guaranteed.

All business deliveries are made by 5pm. If the recipient works odd hours or leaves before 5pm, please let us know in the special instructions field during checkout. We will make every effort to meet your request but we cannot guarantee all time requests. Feel free to contact us with any special delivery requests and we can see if there are any expedited courier options available. If morning delivery is requested, we recommend placing your order at least the day before.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

All orders are delivered one of two ways- hand delivered or shipped(Fedex, UPS, USPS). Your order confirmation email will confirm how your order is being delivered.

1- Hand delivered by the driver. For this method, drivers update the system after delivery. Once that occurs, that will trigger a delivery confirmation email to be sent to you. In some distant areas, automated delivery confirmations are not available. We are working on adding this functionality so it can be offered on all orders.

2- Shipped via Fedex/USPS/USPS. We use Fedex and UPS to ship within the US and USPS for all orders going outside of the country and to APO addresses. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your item has been shipped. If shipping via USPS, they do not guarantee their delivery dates. In this case, your order is shipped in a timely manner so it will arrive as close as possible if not on the requested delivery date.

Question 6

Do you ship fig cuttings outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Sorry, we do not. All fig items(rooted and non-rooted cuttings) are shipped anywhere in the US(including California). We do not ship figs outside the US.
